Enterprise AI Maturity Assessment Framework 2026
Why I Built This Framework Most AI maturity models read like vendor checklists. They reward slide decks, not production agents with audit trails.
What are these frameworks?
Vendor-neutral scorecards and decision models for AI adoption, cost, governance and delivery. Each framework lists its dimensions, how to score them and what to do with the result, so a team can run it in a workshop.
Are the frameworks industry standards?
No. They are practitioner tools published on this site, not certified or academic standards. Treat a framework as a structured way to make a decision unless the page names a standard it follows.
How do I use a framework with my team?
Open the framework, score your organization against each listed dimension, agree the gaps as a team and record the decisions. Repeat the scoring after a quarter to see what moved.
Can I reuse a framework in my organization?
You may link to a framework and quote short excerpts with attribution. Broader reuse or republishing needs written permission under the terms of use.
Can I get help with the gaps a framework finds?
Yes. Request an architecture review or a short briefing through /contact and share your scores. Advisory work is scoped in writing before it starts.
Decision Frameworks & Industry Standards
Our business and AI maturity models align with global frameworks for technological capability, architecture governance, and corporate excellence. For standard reference models, see the Carnegie Mellon SEI Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and the ISO Standards Catalogue.
